In a move shaking up India’s fintech scene, SalarySe, a Gurugram-based startup, has raised 11.3 million dollars in its Series A funding round. The round was led by Flourish Ventures with participation from Susquehanna Asia VC, Peak XV Partners’ Surge, and Pravega Ventures.
Founded in 2023 by Piyush Bagaria, Saumeet Nanda, and Mohit Gorisariya, SalarySe is on a mission to revolutionize financial services for salaried employees. Partnering with top Indian banks like HDFC Bank and RBL Bank, the platform offers salary-linked credit, UPI-based loans, and seamless financial management tools, all integrated directly into employees’ payroll systems.
The startup’s approach allows workers to access salary advances, manage credit, and optimize payments without navigating traditional banking hurdles, potentially putting financial control directly into the hands of millions of employees.
With the fresh capital, SalarySe plans to expand its technology infrastructure and grow its client base, targeting over 1,000 enterprises in the next two years. Currently, it serves over 100 enterprises and millions of salaried employees, a number set to grow exponentially.
Analysts say this funding positions SalarySe to become a game-changer in India’s salary-linked financial services market, giving employees smarter ways to manage their paychecks and earn instant financial benefits.
SalarySe is part of a broader revolution in salary-powered financial solutions, promising to redefine how India’s workforce interacts with money. With 11.3 million dollars in fresh funding, the startup is poised to reshape employee finance forever.
