India’s leading entrepreneurship conference, YourStory TechSparks 2025, will return from November 6 to 8 in Bengaluru and feature a strong list of CEOs, startup entrepreneurs, and tech innovators united under the vision “India 2030: Powered by AI.” The three-day summit, hosted by YourStory Media, will be the platform for India’s most influential startup leaders, investors, and policymakers to share on the next decade of innovation, digitalization, and leadership.

This year’s lineup promises to be one of the most influential ones yet, with sessions crafted to discuss how artificial intelligence, sustainability, and capital efficiency will reshape the Indian startup ecosystem. The lineup of speakers includes more than 150 industry leaders, from leaders at India’s greatest tech success stories to new startups that are just starting to rise.

A Celebration of Founders and Leadership

Among the noted high-profile speakers announced are Sriharsha Majety (Co-founder & CEO, Swiggy), Suhail Sameer (former BharatPe CEO), Anil Goteti (Co-founder, Scapia), Rakesh Mishra (CEO, Sarvam AI), and Carl Pei (Founder, Nothing). Such a rich mix of inclusion from homegrown unicorn founders to international tech game-changers speaks volumes about the transformation of TechSparks from a startup exhibition to a leadership and policy conversation.

Other notable confirmed attendees include Ashwini Asokan (Mad Street Den Founder), Kashyap Deorah (HyperTrack Founder), and Ranjan Pai (Manipal Group Chairman), all of whom will share important trends like AI democratization, Indian SaaS growth, and the changing VC landscape.

The conference will also feature panel discussions with top venture capitalists, government policymakers, and ecosystem enablers like Sequoia Capital, Peak XV, Blume Ventures, and Startup India representatives.

Limelight on “India 2030: Powered by AI”

This year’s theme highlights how AI is set to power India’s entrepreneurial and economic development in the coming decade. Sessions will delve into the practical implementation of AI across industries such as fintech, healthtech, and logistics, and the ethic and policy guidelines necessary for safe innovation.

YourStory’s founder and CEO, Shradha Sharma, described the 2025 edition as “a defining moment for India’s startup ecosystem.” She said, “TechSparks has always been about giving founders a voice. This year, we’re going deeper — it’s about how India’s startup leaders will shape the world through responsible and scalable innovation.”

The event will also include interactive demonstrations of AI solutions, startup pitches, and innovation labs, allowing participants to have hands-on exposure to the latest technologies.

A Platform for Collaboration and Inspiration

TechSparks has traditionally been about facilitating connections that push the Indian startup narrative forward. From young entrepreneurs in search of guidance to mature founders venturing out into global markets, the event is a melting pot of ideas and collaboration.

Previous editions have featured names such as Bhavish Aggarwal (Ola), Deepinder Goyal (Zomato), Nithin Kamath (Zerodha), and Kunal Bahl (Snapdeal) — entrepreneurs who went on to build India’s digital economy. The 2025 edition looks to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and highlight those creating long-term, globally competitive businesses.

Bridging Innovation and Policy

Aside from technology, this year’s agenda centers on policy engagement and ecosystem alignment. There will be discussions on government initiatives for AI and digital infrastructure and how startups can partner with regulators to cultivate sustainable innovation.

There will also be meetings on climate-tech entrepreneurship, cross-border scaling, and women in leadership, to ensure the event is diverse and inclusive as Indian entrepreneurship is today.

The Road Ahead

With India set to be a $10 trillion economy by 2035, the leadership discussions at TechSparks 2025 come at a critical juncture. While AI redefines industries across the world, Indian founders and CEOs are now viewed as the masters of a new era of innovation — one based on creativity, ethics, and scale.

By bringing together such a vibrant amalgamation of voices, YourStory solidifies its position as the chronicler and driver of India’s entrepreneurial narrative. TechSparks 2025 does not just promise inspiration, but guidance — marking how today’s leaders will shape the India of the future.
